Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using CouldaWouldaShoulda ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of Service
CouldaWouldaShoulda is a mobile application that provides an AI-assisted conversational experience to help users reflect on and process feelings of regret and rumination. The App is for personal, non-commercial use only.
Not a Substitute for Professional Help
The App is not a medical device, mental health service, or substitute for professional psychological, psychiatric, or medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or are in danger, please contact emergency services or a licensed mental health professional immediately.
In-App Purchases
The App offers consumable in-app purchases ("reply packs") that provide a set number of AI responses. These purchases are:
- One-time purchases, not subscriptions.
- Non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
- Processed by Apple. All billing inquiries should be directed to Apple.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to circumvent or exploit the App's purchase or credit system.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
- Use the App to harass, threaten, or harm any person.
Intellectual Property
The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by CoLedger and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoLedger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CoLedger operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
