How many free replies do I get?

The App includes 2 free replies when you first download it. After that, you can purchase reply packs to continue conversations.

What reply packs are available?

We offer three one-time consumable reply packs:

These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Replies don't expire.

Is my data private?

Yes. All your conversations are stored only on your device. No account or sign-in is required. The only external service used is OpenAI's API to generate responses — we do not store those exchanges ourselves.

How do I delete my data?

Simply delete the App from your device. This permanently removes all locally stored conversations and insights. There is no server-side data to delete because we don't store any.

I was charged but didn't receive my replies.

This can happen if a purchase was interrupted. Open the App and tap to purchase any pack — you'll see an option to restore previous purchases. If the issue persists, email us at admin@coledger.net with your Apple Order ID.

Can I get a refund?

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a refund request. We are unable to issue refunds directly for App Store transactions.

The App isn't working as expected.

Email us at admin@coledger.net with a description of what happened, your device model, and iOS version. We'll look into it promptly.

Is this a subscription?

No. CouldaWouldaShoulda has no subscription. All reply packs are one-time purchases. You'll never be charged automatically.
